Our Executive Chef, Rob Hamburg, has created a variety of menus combining classic dishes from the past with the best of contemporary cuisine or, if you are so inclined, our talented staff will gladly custom-tailor any recipe to suit your individual preference or dietary needs. Our professional staff considers it a pleasure to prepare, present and service the needs of you and your guests in an elegant and nurturing manner. Our General Manager, Craig Henne will work together with you to achieve your ultimate goals for your particular event. We take your dreams and ideas and turn them into reality. Starting with the formulation of ideas, we offer practical advice on customizing menus that reflect your preferences, selection of floral arrangements, unique table linens, room layout, entertainment, audio-visual equipment, decoration and more, right through to the execution of the ultimate event.
